This is a great way to utilize even a light resistance tube to get a great triceps burn.
Remember to squeeze the muscle with each rep.
The first part is the most difficult, make sure your elbows are pointing straight ahead and the tube is touching your shoulders.
Then switch to overhead triceps extensions where your elbows are pointing straight up towards the ceiling.
Third, immediately turn around and bend over, make sure your back is flat, parallel with the ground and in neutral alignment.
Extend your arms with your elbows in line with your torso. Don't let your shoulders fall forward either.
A good idea is to perform around 7 reps of each extension to get a good triceps workout.
Remember it takes a lot more than resistance training exercises to burn fat and tone up muscles which are covered with fat.
