What the hell are these cops thinking? Why would they do the stop on a bus full of civilians?

These cops don't give a shit about civilian deaths. If something did happen and the guy started shooting the cops would have shot back to a bus full of innocent people. Why couldn't they just wait until he got off?

Like I said... Don't ever think the cops are on you're side. They aren't. They see the general public as the enemy and could care less if a few innocent people get killed.
