@kmf82982 If he moved to Virginia when he was young, then hes from Virginia. It where you grow up, not where you are born that counts. My brother was born in Greece, but hes definitely not Greek.

Technically Dave Grohl is a product of Ohio, he was born in Warren, OH. He moved to Virginia when he was young.
