@hugo: without its special papers (micro dots) then it's just a normal pen. ---> with ink o.o'

Well, the paper has the record, play, pause, stop buttons on it, along with other things like that as well as the stuff on the inside cover, so I imagine you will lose a lot if you don't use the "special" paper.

what will i lose from the features if i use it without its special paper?

The Mac software is coming out of Beta on Feburary 17 horay! I'm gonna wait till then to buy one.
