damn it i have a little issue when i open my laptop lately ..
after i turn on my laptop in the first time it automatickly restarts and then i have to turn it off and open it again to work normaly .. this happened after i downloaded aprogram ...so i think it is a virus .. what should i do ? format my computer ?

so i have a toshiba computer. right now im on task manager. I need help. I cant find the name of the virus that i hace. its called w32 blaster worm. i dont know how to get rid of it please help asap

Guys if this tutorial doesn't work out for you because the virus is not letting you open up anything or you can't control you PC in any way, may I suggest another solution. Download Malwarebytes (just google it) it's free to get and once you have it copy to a USB thumbdrive then boot into Windows Safe Mode and then install that antivirus scanner while in Windows Safe Mode then do a full virus scan and fingers crossed and it should help your virus problem. Hope that helps

Want help? cant delete it? I got unlocker unlocked the file and deleted it with shift+delete (perma delete) and its gone hope it helped you need to know whats the file though.

@Linkkuveitsi97 This is Windows software, not Macintosh software, lol...You're not going to be able to use this software in a Mac(unless you're using WINE or something) and it would be worthless in a Mac anyway. If you think you've got a virus on a Mac, I would suggest you contact Apple or look up a tutorial that's for a Mac PC.
