believing that you are a doctor does not make it true. Twat.
-
@drgoldteef, his "PhD" is from a diploma mill (just as Dr. Kent Hovind and Dr. Carl Baugh have meaningless degrees.). This is very common in YEC circles. As a Christian academic myself, I find this shameful and a violation of Jesus' command not to be called "Rabbi" (the equivalent to "Dr." in Jesus' day.)
-
WTF...
Here is a perfect example of someone with the title "doctor" who needs to have their degrees taken from them until they learn basic 9th grade science. What an idiot.

faith (Firmly persuaded) You dont know the airplane will make it to chicago. But you have faith it will. we have faith because The text states so The fine tuning arguments The expansion Israel (state)existing at all Israel remaining a people Billions claim personal experience I claim personal experience history Jesus The shroud new evidence( factscheck shroud) Christianity is spread by testimony Other religions (mostly) by birth rate and migration. evidence for the argument

faith = fail
-
Dr. Kumar, where did you receive your degree?
-
Very well done, I forgot that you were filming this, but I am glad you did.

Somehow raise me a question about this Dr Kumar, who hold that the Evolution theory is somehow the cause of the materialistic world today. If such claim is true, then aren't the world at its best (morally) during the Medieval time. Just imagine the number of believer who go to church, who pray everyday. Aren't crusades...a good thing, or the Inquisition.

grandconjunct--you have faith in her, you must or you will never be married , its the same with god.) -- I am glad you agree with me. Faith is a matter of need, a matter of trust, not a matter of REASON. Our pastor said it differently: The bible is not a science book, not an history book, but a book of faith and trust.

Please understand Philos 06 , Christians believe Beliefs should be proportional to the evidence just like the atheist does but we make one exception to Cliffords rule. that is in the area of Personal relationships, atheists don't expect their spouses to give proof each day that they are not cheating on them, I think if atheists were more honest they would admit they have reason and faith just like Christians , they just haven't applied this same reason to God yet for some reason ?
The Bible never puts Faith against knowledge but says they are the only things that DO go together. Mat.22:37, Prov 14:15, Rom 12:2, Hos 4:6, 1 Cor 14:20, 1 Pet 1:13,Heb 5:13-14, Prov 1:1-7, Prov 15:14, Prov 15:22,Prov 1:20-32, 1 Thes 5:21, The opposite of Faith is Empiricism not reason.
atheism is what contradicts reason, No design of brain to find truth, no freewill to rise above physical hard wiring and freely reason to a conclusion, No Universe that corresponds to mind to do science,

Well put. To have reason one must first have a brain that is not hard wired but has free will. Making the mind a machine as evolutionists and materialists do, does not provide for reason as we know it.

:"Faith" and "reason" are irreconcilable.

I could understand your comment more if you'd explain why they are irreconcilable. Merely stating your opinion doesn't make it true. The video spends an hour explaining why they are compatible, please explain why you believe it to be wrong.
