The snow and Power Surge carousel

In our country, carousels are working on any weather, even when is blizzard or snow.
This is the first snow of winter 2009, but not put layer of snow. The wind blew moderately from N, NE which means an very could wind that is called " crivatz". In such circumstances, is prohibited operation of recreational equipment for riders safety. Because of could weather, the Power Surge carousel was blocked twice for 5-10 minutes. Fortunately, there happened nothing wrong.

Yes, it is exactly than you say. The carousel ride in the falling snow, and that isa fery rare thing and I like it very much. I like to shoot strange events and situations.

That's crazy your carnivals still operate in cold snowy conditions! They'd never do that in the United States! That ride looks insane too!
