@GSR2009 so who is good then ?, personally I like those song it's different but I like rizzle kicks, example,pendulum and a remix of one TATU song but I agree that jedward and Justin bieber are awful but you can say no to shakira

I think in general, you can't just blame America for the hideousness that is mainstream music in 2012, although they do contribute heavily with such talentless excuses for 'artists' such as Lady Gaga, Justin Bieber, Bruno Mars, Kelly Osbourne need I go on.
Although they come from elsewhere too, what about T.A.T.U - Russia, Jedward - Ireland, Aqua - Denmark, Shakira - Colombia.
So to just pick America out and none others is just idiotic, but as I said they do produce the most of it.

Years ago when I was working in a drive-thru in NY, a guy would come through 2 times a week and he would be blasting this song. I finally asked him who this was and he told me and gave the infor on the band...this is way before House was even a thought. I thanked him for the info and planned on buying it after work until I saw him stop his car and run back to the window. He handed me his cd and told me to enjoy it, a gift from him to me just because he thought I deserved to have it. Awesome day!

@CrookedX777 uhhhhhh Massive attack is very popular. Are you from the usa? Cause they are not as popular in america, but massive attack was huge in Europe. America has shit taste in music.
