Large Sow Harvest and Field Dress

I was lucky enough to harvest a nice, big sow. She was selected due to the fact that she was obviously pregnant, in order to control a particular sounder's population. I then skin her with a cheap 14 dollar skinning knife just to see how it does...and in a word, excellent!
