We all know that times are changing, we just don't know how to act upon it.

  • Nice animation! Although, i don't understand your point. Obviously people are spending more time on social networking, big deal.

  • thanks for your feedback. Indeed, people spend more time on social networks, but it has changed the way people communicated with eachother in a structural way. This leads to a new way of interacting with brands and towards a new buying behavior and buying decision making. All companies are aware of that, but they don't change their habbits and don't really now how to act upon the fundamental changes of consumers.

    Hope this helps!

    Steven

  • lo0l @ "we don't know how to act upon it"

    lol

brands have known for hundreds of years how to "act upon it"

prrof of this can be found in every major retailer.

also, if your numbers are correct I must say that it's a sad day in this world where people "love" brands.

this is the result of a broken capitalist nightmare.

we as people should be made to suffer for this

  • Hi dan,

You are so right, we really need to embrace it. In fact, we kinda believe we know what to do about it and how to convince companies in dealing with this. But that is of course, part of the presentation that goes with the video. If you check my linkedin profile, you may find some interesting presentation about it.

    Have a look, I would say :-)

    Thanks for the comment btw!
