  • A great exchange. I think it could be made even better if you moved the check mark further back. This would allow for a greater speed to be reached by the receiver before he gets the baton. Consequently, he should receive the baton further into the take-over zone. (The exchange appears to happen near the start of the box - I would consider three-quarters of the way through the box as the ideal place to exchange). Everything else looks amazingly slick, and you may feel ok with this setup

  • @zcfbg06 ...it would allow greater speed on both ends ..but it wont work if the guy passing the stick isnt going tp go much faster...thats why i take the stick early so i can run more than 100 meters givin the slower guys less distance with the stick

  • Smooth Change

  • The handover could be made safer and quicker with one simple change, the palm must be facing down with the thumb pointing outwards, the baton then enters a natural 'V' and has no chance of slipping, it is handed over with a natural upwards movement and is facing the right way when taken, there are other benefits but you will have to try it and see.

  • Great video, it was simple and effective. :)

  • dang thats a great pass

  • so fast
