Oh god man - I did the noob thing when I first got into DAoc in 2002. Bardeleng the bard (I still remember when Vae Victis was tearing through Darkness Falls to battle Rel Por). I ended up moving to Midgard Percival by 2003. I love the celtic mythos but Norse is pretty neat as well *(go Thor!). The game is so thick with players atm because they are all stuffed on one server with ten housing servers to fit them all in. You can't walk ten feet in the Labyrinth without tripping over 10 rogues.

@Chad01234 lol wow its that bad now. Ya I just got in the beta for Rifts might try the stealth class there if there is one. Its to bad DAOC is so bad now it really was the best mmo to date.

Wow it's Srit - I recall you from Guin server wasn't it? You were a nice fellow no doubt. You back in DAoC these days? RR 13 is cap atm and you probably were running with physical defense 3-4 here. I wish the game hadn't changed so much from your (and my) time. Takes what, 6 minutes to cross to another realm? Watching 20 albs log in Labyrinth and then seeing 3 FG mids suddenly appear with the guild name X Realm is frustrating. Realm pride is dead sadly.

Wow Srit, this just got me all nostalgic. I used to run with you all the time on the Guin server/cluster. I used to run under the name Acrethiel on my ranger. You used to hook me up with those adze's too. Wow....amazing times. Hands down those stealth groups we used to run in were the best video game experience to date.

@Chad01234 That's sad to hear, I despised the crossrealming that I seen rampart within the last 3 years, and to openly flaunt it w/o even penalized from EA/Mythic is poor management if you ask me.

Rifts pvp was just anpouther instanced WoW thing. Classes became FoTM on both sides - everything was so vanilla. Went back to daoc. Might be old but the 3 realms and actual real class variation...blows Rift to heck. Jut don't roill Hib or you will see 5 men BGs and 34 people soloing while 250 man alb / mid zergs roll through. Hib just doesn't have the leadership anymore - sadly :(

Definitely a stealth class - they are called souls I believe. You can get 3 max by end level which I cannot recall what that is lol. Some folks started with ranger - which gave nice range and a pet that grabs aggro like a wow hunter. Then for the second soul they went for the assassin archetype to get stealth, etc.

You have Rifts coming up in March (the 1st of March). You could start fresh there mate - it's like a souped up WoW meets the graphics of Age of Conan. Not quite DAoC since developers are afraid of 3 factions (I don't know why). But it's a nice looking title. I'm having tons of fun in DC Universe online atm - got a druid type bow class named Brogue on the designated RP server Virtue and Vice I think? You'd prob love the 2 faction villians vs heroes going on here - tons of fun > CoH
