I'm not indoctrinated, I only started believing in God three years ago and I made the decision out of my own free will. Nobody ever forced me or influenced me and I know exactly what the word abomination means in English AND in Hebrew. It doesn't mean something good and anyone with a real education knows that the word abomination is about the highest form of offence. And i'm not judging anyone, I believe WE ARE ALL sinners. I'm just not denying what the word means.

You can view it as you wish, I rely on information before I make a conclusion about something. (education) Some people are indoctrinated at a young age and it clouds a persons judgement concerning this subject. I guess the programming didn't take with me.. Like I said, "think for yourself", don't just take everyones word for something just because that's what you were told. Read the rest of the book in question (Leviticus) before you judge an entire group of people. You're abominable also. So?

Toevah MEANS abomination, DUH and it's clearly a negative word because whenever someone in the Bible committed a detestable act, they were called an abomination. You are the one who needs to go educate yourself.

toevah is the original hebrew word used, It sucks having to doing your homework for you.. Now go educate yourself, I'm not a tutor and I'm not your educator.. Think for yourself for a change..

In the Torah, the primary toevah is avodah zara, foreign forms of worship, and most other toevot flow from it. The Israelites are instructed not to commit toevah because other nations do so. Deuteronomy 18:9-12

You are the one who is ignorant 'cause abomination in Hebrew/Greek STILL means something negative just with different words. It doesn't mean something "non-traditional", it means something unclean, forbidden and wicked. Anyone who committed something detestable in the Bible were called an abomination 'cause it means something bad both in English and Hebrew.

You just looked up the definition in Englisg, like I said, you have to research it in it's original form.. Hebrew/Ancient Greek.. It does not translate the same, you would know that if you would do the research befor you decided to make yourself look ignorant.. That's ok, we all are ignorant about things at one time or another..
