Vash! Dude! I can help! to get Windowed Mode, you have to load up the launcher [I'm assuming you use FOSE or FOMM?] and in the bottom left hand corner, there'll be a box. It says windowed beside it, and with that, the useable resolutions should change to match windowed. Hope this helps, man. :)
