Lee's Korean Martial Arts team from Sacramento, CA got 2nd place overall in the Poomsae portion of the program. This is a great martial arts school for anyone wanting to learn Taekwondo and Hapkido in the Sacramento area. at 4:11, how can this boy get to red belt, he has no stances what so ever and his moves are sloppy. these people are not flexing on thier legs so there is no power behind there moves. and most of them are moving to fast and it makes there forms look rubbish. It is not about moving fast it is about making the moves flow together.
