CUTA Taekwondo Tournament at UC Berkeley on 8/8/09.

Here are some clips of some of the team from Lee's Korean Martial Arts School in Sacramento performing their poomsae forms.

Lee's Korean Martial Arts team from Sacramento, CA got 2nd place overall in the Poomsae portion of the program. This is a great martial arts school for anyone wanting to learn Taekwondo and Hapkido in the Sacramento area. Master Lee is an 8th degree black belt and has two schools, one in Elk Grove and one in Sacramento. For more info visit his website at http://www.lkma.us.

  • at 4:11, how can this boy get to red belt, he has no stances what so ever and his moves are sloppy. these people are not flexing on thier legs so there is no power behind there moves. and most of them are moving to fast and it makes there forms look rubbish. It is not about moving fast it is about making the moves flow together.
