What a grudge match. Dan Stanley vs. Gary Furrenes. At one time they seemed like best of friends. Now for some reason Gary doesn't speak Dan's name....or, more appropriately, I should say he isn't allowed to speak Dan's name. If that says anything.

Dan borrowed Joe's bike for this race. Joe had crashed it in a previous moto, so it needed a little tweaking to get back into race condition. Had Dan been on a bike that was more comfortable, maybe he would have beaten Gary.

I liked following the efforts of #623 on the Kawi trying to battle with Stanley and Furrenes. His efforts failed miserably.

This must have been the "Before the Hill" class, since Jason French was in the moto and was still a Junior class rider. He had not quite learned the pace to be up front at this point in time, but he made a valliant effort nonetheless.

A couple notable riders are in this video also. Billy Binckley #109 grabs the holeshot and checks out. Travis Gage #213 passes Stanley on the second lap and checks out. Ryan Van Dyken #125 is running up front as well.
