habits of successful people have their minds renewed. Most of us have been programed since early childhood. Some of it has been good and some bad. The thing is once the habit go from our conscious mind to our sub-conscious mind we run on auto-pilate. So the question is how do we brake these habits in our life that we have carried with us to adulthood?

My answer to this is by having our minds renewed everyday by consciously making a positive stand from the advantage point of abundance. Everyday be very thankful for all the blessings in our live! In my case being thankful for my health and my ideal weight thus braking the old habit that holds me back such as eating before bed.
