I used to drink energy drinks and a couple cups of tea each day. And once in a while a cup of coffee. I really feel better without caffeine. Not saying everyone should quit caffeine, a lot depends on your metabolic type.
Thank you for this. I am wanting to get away from caffeine. I believe that God doesn't want us addicted to anything....including caffeine. So this is very inspiring.
