Syesha Mercado in Sarasota

Thousands of fans go wild as American Idol finalist, Syesha Mercado performs for her fans in hometown, Sarasota, Florida, on May 9, 2008. She visited Booker High School, got a key to Sarasota and Bradenton, and had an outdoor concert at the Ringling Museum (Cà d'Zan mansion) on Sarasota Bay. In this video, she's singing with her original band...The Drum Studio All-Stars Band. During the performance, she got a message from Idol's Randy Jackson who wants her to sing Alicia Keyes "If I Ain't Got You" in the next American Idol show. It was a fun and tearful day for Syesha as she was reunited with family, friends, and her loving fans.
