Demonstration of a one-hand tie for suturing in the operating room.

These videos were created for educational purposes. While I have worked in surgery, I do not claim to be an expert on all surgical matters, including the various types of knot-tying and suturing techniques that are performed in these videos.

  • @mickobee you're an idiot. no one ever ties with one hand. it's the technique that is called one-handed.

  • @DPerry311 that's not true

  • first knot is not squared!!!???!

  • If you are going to make an instructional video, do it slower...

  • thank you

  • @DPerry311 well then he shouldnt say one handed tie when he uses 2

  • @mickobee well obviously you can't tie a knot on one side of the string itself. the one handed method is for speed

  • you clearly need two hands to do that

  • basically there but technique is weak. Gotta cross hands and hold some tension!

  • noob....
