Warm Spring Days Result in Sleeping Wolves

Activity levels in a wolf pack are certainly impacted by changing weather patterns. This past week, the temperatures neared record highs of 70 degrees, and wolves tend to find a cool place to rest. Shadow is showing no signs of aging. Denali's wrestling behavior stimulates Shadow to get some exercise. Maya still has some dominance intensity, and a recent scuffle with Aidan and Denali left her with some new scrapes and bite wounds on her face. This hasn't stopped her behavior, but Aidan accepts it as the omega, and still seeks social interaction from Maya. Malik has adjusted to the camera, and finds the pines in the back of the Retired Enclosure to be a welcome relief to the heat.
