I always tout the corvette as a car to stomp the rich boys ass for less money. People whine about the seats and the plastic interior, but for the money for performance I don't think the car can be beat.

@LeontariF1 well it does and it doesn't , if someone knows how to drive( like myself) the zr-1 bone stock will run a 10 second quarter , and you happen to find yourself roll racing , obviously the power to weight of the gtr is not the wonder car its supposed to be. To the untrained, sure, awd will win hands down. One thing to consider also that is so great about the vette. Nobody ever considers endurance racing. That heavy gtr will beat on brakes and tires.

@TheArfdog well u forgot to mention Jag, and Austin Martin and yes also other brands too, overall only handful of top Manufacturers that never compete at Le Mans lol even Honda raced NSX at one point

Not to bash, but only real sports cars can compete at Le Mans. Ferrari, Porsche, BMW, Viper and now Corvette. No other car can be called a sports car until they compete at the top...
