http://panicattackproductreviews.net/ One very common problem panic attack sufferers face is feeling like they are not able to breathe. This can lead to a variety of other symptoms, such as feeling dizzy or like you are going to pass out. That's why one of the things you can do when you get a panic attack is breathe in and out through your nose, slowly and rhythmically. Even though this can be helpful, the feeling that you are being smothered, or are choking, is one of the most unfortunate symptoms of panic attacks.
