ROXY5000 are doing it again!!!! After a great radio response to the first singles "Funky people and Hey Kid" ROXY5000 are funkin' it up again with their latest single release "When Love Takes Over" featuring the Legendary Omar and the man of the moment in the USA the original funkster, Shawn Lee.
ROXY5000 decided that it was about time they got together with Omar after meeting him a fair few years ago through Bass guitarist and producer Jerry Meehan from the Robbie Williams band. ROXY5000 had worked with Shawn Lee on many occasions and decided this team would be the perfect marriage for a true Funk slash Disco tune for now....!!!
The track was recorded in London in three Different studios. Trans-yank studios owned by Shawn lee, Omar's own studio and of course the ROXY5000 studio, It's simple but true and with that The magic was made yet again by ROXY5000 and guests.
ROXY5000 are currently hard at work completing the rest of the album that will be due for release soon.
