Dave gives the solution to the first hardware quiz.
How do you design an LCR meter?
What about a stepped transmission line attenuation tester?
What does modular design and management have in common?

  • Do you have magnetic ballasts on your flourescents? It seems the white board was strobing a bit. Great video as always Dave!

  • @Bushougoma Yes, it's an old video from the old video camera that did not have an anti-flicker mode.

  • hey dave, where can i find more information about this method?

  • Wow nice! I made an impedance tester for my senior project... came up with the same equations. I used a Cypress PSoC3 (used DMA to send sinusoidal LUT to DDS DAC, filtered it, mixed the voltage and current with a reference digital clock, then LPF'd and did floating-point calculations all on a single chip). Got it working an hour before the presentation was due.

I've been an infrequent visitor to your vlog, but it seems I'll be coming back more often =)

  • cool & interesting video, keep it up mate!
