Tool Time: Bloomberg Defends Banks Against Occupy Wall St.

Time for tonight's tool time award and it goes to New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg. When the Occupy Wall Street protests began in his city back on September 17th, he said the protesters were welcome as long as they were respectful to other New Yorkers. But it appears that after two weeks of protests on Wall St. Mayor Bloomberg is changing his tune. And that's why he's tonight's tool time winner.

Peaceful protests should not be disruptive to the lives of citizens. Blocking the Brooklyn Bridge is not peaceful. It is an attack on the non-wall street citizens who need to go about their daily lives. There is no peacefull message delivered. Therefore, Occupy is not a peaceful protest and should be stoped!

Bloomberg owns over 80% of Bloomberg LP, a $30 billion corporation that gets most of its income from Wall Street. That's the biggest conflict of interest I have ever seen from someone who holds public office.
