you know what...i don't think an offical video would have been any better. something about the words on the screen against the blackness that makes the song THAT MUCH MORE poignant. it causes you to really focus on the message and i think it's brilliant. thank you. fyi...i'm putting it on my fb page. =)

I identified strongly with this song from when it first came out until only a year or so ago. But now, although I still find it beautiful and love listening to it, I find that the lyrics no longer describe how I feel about myself. What a wonderful transformation when one special person has confidence in you, and you are finally able to feel that way about yourself.

I love your video! It is the nicest one out there for this song. I never researched the lyrics but I've always thought she said "but it's me who's too weak, and it's me who's too shy to ask for the thing I love, but I love. But I love, I love." It's kinda a minor difference...but I would be a bit disappointed if it wasn't "but I love." -lol- I liked that.

@dawndwin That's how I always sang it too and personally I think it sounds better, but I looked up the lyrics to make sure I had them all right and it was different O.o Disappointed me a bit as well

Yes, thanks for putting this out there! It would be even better if the ending weren't cut off...do you think you can repost this, and let it run a few seconds longer to catch the full fade?

@gjetost Part of the reason I did it was to discourage people from using my vid to pirate the song. I don't want to be responsible for anything if it gets traced somehow
