Decided it was time for a good ol' Seafoam cleaning. Ran a can through the motor and revved away. The windy conditions put a damper on how much smoke it actually created, but you get the idea. Check us out at www.SilverMustangs.com

  • You are right...I am a dumbass. I did the treatment over 3 years ago and amazingly enough my car is still running. It is about to hit 200k miles actually and runs better today than it did when I bought the car. I must be doing all sorts of wrong to it!

  • it was just one can

  • Use it the right way and it wont do no damage to anything dont dump whole bottle in oil vacum line or throttle bodie use a third in each oil vacum and fuel tank

  • @hondamagnaperformanc if you knew anything about mustangs, you'd know how much of a pain in the ass pulling the heads off of the car is. You see, we have 4.6 L V8s in these cars, which is essentially two of your Honda engines put together. Taking the heads off your lil I4 probably is easy, I wouldn't know, I don't waste my time with riceburners.

  • how did you like it im a little nervous to use this i heard it could clog your cats and ruin your mid pipe did you get better throttle response?

  • You shouldn't use a whole can, the can says to use about half or less, you might do some damage to it.

  • Really? Because SeaFoam is a petroleum based lubricant. So seeing as you really don't want oil above the pistons anyway, I don't think it matters all that much.

  • Anybody that uses seafoam is a dumbass, that junk washes your oil from your cylinder walls and destroys your compression rings on your pistons. So no it will not help you at all. Do your self a favor and buy a head gasket kit, pull the heads and clean, polish, and remove build up that way.

  • what is this suppose to do??????? help ur car or siumtin

  • I've got 2 cans right now and it's time for an oil change in the Mustang. I haven't done it yet but I think I'm about to do so.

  • did u notice a difference
