Patrick was last seen on January 22, 2010 and was last known to be in or near Brooklyn, NY. He was last seen wearing a red t-shirt, blue jeans, blue and black Jordan sneakers. Patrick has a scar on his left eyelid.

CLEVELAND - The New York City Police Department is asking for assistance in finding a missing 8-year-old boy who has been missing for more than a year

The boy, Patrick Alford, went missing Jan. 22, 2010, from his residence in Brooklyn, New York. Police believe he may have been abducted.

Police received a tip through the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children that he may have been spotted in Cleveland.

Authorities are asking that anyone with information about Alford's whereabouts contact the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children at 1-800-843-5678.

Really i think his other family kidnapped him or something and took him to puerto rico or spain If they can't find him in "Manhattan or Brooklyn or neither queens" If not he gotta be somewhere out of the state or really in a really bad situation i really don't like it the "Foster parents said they dumped the shoot" and next thing they could not find Alford I think they really set up a plan for someone to take them i don't think he ran off cause the cops would have already founded him.

@MeltedAces He has tried to run away before. If he did run away this time and someone is helping him, then that is the whole point of getting this information out so the public knows who he is. I don't believe a 7 year old can run away and take care of himself without anyone noticing. So lets just say someone is helping him, I just really hope they are taking care of him and will come to their senses, because what they are doing is illegal and it's not healthy for the child.

I think you should let this boy stay with his mommy how would like it if your kids were taken away from you, I couldn't imagine growing up without my biological mother and so what if she was caught in theft she probly needed it you guys swear like if she killed someone why make it a big ass deal so chill all the people that go against this has no fuken heart and just like the bad rather than the good so quit being so hard on everybody cause what goes around comes around remember that!!

@raiiders831 WHAT are you talking about?! You make no sense at all! Are you saying you know for a fact that he is with his mother? He was taken off of her because of neglect which IS child abuse! The child is MISSING! No one knows for sure where he is. Whether he is with his mother or not he probably isn't safe and THAT is what matters.

I believe the fosters moms story is bullshit. The whole"going down to throw out the trash" probably never happened. He is somewhere, dead, or alive, and she has something to do with it.

I keep thinking about Patrick Alford and how he's missin. I can't imagine the pain he and his family are going through.

My little brother's such a pain in the ass but you still gotta love them because things can happen. And you won't know what you got till it's gone. :'(
