I had never heard this song (It's from like 1998 or something) but I found this video of David Crowder teaching how to play it:

...and it has a cool acoustic part and sounded good... the real version sounds a little dated... but with just acoustic, this is a good song...

I posted the chords below, but uh... it's kind of hard to read because of all the parenthesis stuff because I didn't know the best way to say all the little stuff...
