@Apostol888 it is highly likely yes that this system will be what is the next mandate to purchasing and having health care...it is going to be very difficult to refuse it and it will be how they track whom does refuse this mark on either foreheads or right hand...I wonder if certian blood types won't be able to have the mark on their hands so they recieve it on forehead or something...

Dumb idea. Too many loop-holes in this. People will become finger print stealers. If you touch a glass, they get your prints and forge a glove with that print on it, or they kill you and cut off your finger and use it that way. I'll shop at stores that don't use this. Crooks WILL find a way.
