Jessy Tolkan declares that if Politicians want the support and votes of the millions of young people who turned out for last summer's historic election they need to push for strong, bold, science based legislation.

Thousands of young people across the country are gathering now to send this message. Get to one near you.

  • Right, the YES WE CAN patrols..

  • Look at all the Obamazombies!

  • Try typing ClimateGate into Youtube, Google or Yahoo. They blew the s*** out this scam at Copenhagen.

  • Too much carbon in the atmosphere? OMG! We're doomed! Carbon dioxide is what plants breathe in and what we release to stay alive. You morons. The whole green movement is a scam! The government wants to tax everything that releases CO2, even things that don't and they say do. Its a multi-billion...maybe trillion...dollar industry scam created by Al Gore and others. ITS FAKE! You morons! We may as well turn ourselves into the FEMA camps and save the government the time.

  • 0:23 They sound so motivated toward the cause... <_<

  • @dasgregorian when did i say i didnt want to move away from coal and oil. learn to read dumbass

  • You know, not everyone has to be an extreme. No, we don't all need to drive hybrid cars and wearing nothing but hemp. Yes, renewable resources are better for the environment, and economically beneficial in the long run.

Even if you don't believe ice caps are melting, there's no logical reason not to invest in resources other than coal/oil.

The technology exists, and is only being held back so the oil companies can turn a profit. That costs everyone money.

  • At the end-Permian extinction greenhouse gases were well over 20 times what they are now for each individual gas. So in other words, over 20 times the Carbon Dioxide, 20 times the Carbon Monoxide, 20 times the Methane, etc.

95% of life was wiped out over ~80,000 years.

The AUDACITY required to believe we can manage that in only a few centuries is egotistical to the point of psychosis.

Should we clean up the biosphere? Hell yeah! But we shouldn't financially rape each other to do it.

  • what is this a bunch of hippies? has no one seen results form Copenhagen? like all the studies showing we really arent doing anything to the overall atmosphere... seriously, anyone who is ignorant enough to think that we have that ability is a dumbass. Im all for moving away from foreign oil and unsafe jobs. But no matter what there will be dangerous jobs, and there will be pollution. And any of you who actually believe the crap Al Gore preaches, need to go learn a thing or two about ecology...

  • these idiots are destroying america
