  • Very interesting; I always wondered about how to make a jig head into a jig. Do you also make those "hair jigs"?

  • @Winkiedoodles I have tied them from time to time but I don't fish them enough. I do use some hair jigs for bluegill but they are tied by one of In-Fisherman's bluegill experts Jim Gronaw.

  • I have some of your jigs, love em. The jigheads are really cool. Where do you get them at and who makes em?

  • @chrriff I buy them from Cast Industries. They pour lead for most of the fishing industry but you need a Tax ID number to buy them.

  • Excellent video fluke! I was using just rubber collars but i got a fly tying vice and I think I'll try the wire. What gauge is it though?

  • @XIXColemanXIX 26 gauge

  • Nice vid

  • Very good video Gene! I really liked how it was shot with Two Cams! Keep up the work!

  • Great video Gene. I've been looking into doing this myself. Didn't know how to spread the skirt, like if I did it after I tighten it or before. Thank you sir!

  • Also I think you should sell jigs just like the one in your how to use a jig video;)
