Could they have left the mic open on the weatherman? Is it one of those 2 straight faced newsreaders? That fella looks shifty with the way he moves his hand right on cue. The woman does pretty well not to react. And finally is their guest. He's already laughing when the camera gets to him.

It's a tricky one. I just don't know who it is.
