An attractor is described as strange if it has a non-integer dimension or if the dynamics on it are chaotic.

Unless you are a math major this will probably be greek to you. I minored in math and don't understand it. With the Chaoscope software you can play with them without understanding the math.

There is one constant in all of these;

The fibonacci spiral.

Every spiral in nature conforms to the fibonacci sequence.From the rams horn to the galaxies to the snail shell to the water draining down the plug hole.

Nature follows this ratio because it is the simplest route from point zero.

Therefore as complexed as the universe seems, it is all based on simplicity.

Order in chaos.

ahahhh seriously though there are relations to the mandelbrot set everywhere. like Kertex said unless you are a math major it's pretty much greek. Uhh what kamikazov said might stem from what he's read on "The mandelbrot monk" (google it, kinda cool), which is an understandable viewpoint if you're a skilled 13th century monk, but not really meaningful if you're a 21st century youtuber. kamikazov's statement is unbacked and premature xD

this reminds me of the blueish green spiral over switzerland or germany not too long back. specially at the end of the video how the red whole dissipates just like the spiral formation in the sky did.

@kamikazov The formula you gave is an algoritm to obtain a Mandelbrot set. The atractor showed in this video surely isn't one of that sort.
