@fudgeplanetmonkey LOL... My 10-year-old ATI Radeon 9800 had a better car paint demo with better "graphics" than this.
Better "graphics" would have been better layering of materials on the car, including more realistic normal mapping, tonal variation in the phong base diffuse layer (because metallic paint changes color slightly when viewed at an angle), Fresnel on the reflections (because the reflections are most apparent at an angle) and more.
