Disgusting human being, who didn't even have the courage to appear via satelite during the 3 networks' convention coverage. And he's a liar to boot; Gustav isn't keeping him in Washington,... his abysmal poll ratings have him hunkered down avoiding the GOP convention. It's been 40 yrs since a sitting president didn't attend his party's convention when LBJ ducked out in '68 amid massive anti-Vietnam protests.
