just some short clips of me, Zak (the ginger one) and a mate of mine called Joe training during summer 2010 :) we've both been training since june 2009, so not for very long, but I think we're making good progress so far :) Hope you enjoy this :)

Wow this is really good. I'm not in the position to give advice really 'cause you guys own us in almost every way. I guess you could work on a little fluency overall, and transitions out of flat landings (bend your knees a bit more and bounce out of it kinda). Other than that keep it up. Again, really great.
