Limited Edition Black Japanese SEGA Dreamcast

This is my very rare limited edition Japanese black SEGA Dreamcast. According to SEGA only 100 of these were ever produced (although I doubt this is 100% accurate). Another source states the number produced was closer to 200 units and that there was a second production run of 2000 units due to it's popularity. Either way, finding one of these things today is VERY difficult and it'll cost you a lot more than a regular white Dreamcast. So if you find one, do what it takes to get it! :P.

I didn't know the Euro's got a black version, that's pretty sweet looking. The American black one has a "Sega Sports" logo screwing up the look of the lid.

We didn't, this one was imported from Japan. Only 200 were ever made/released (supposedly). I switched out the internal PSU with one from a PAL DC so it doesn't require a step down/up voltage converter.

yea the sega sports edition was black and goes for about twice the price of a regular dreamcast, so like 40-50 bucks..
