I can relate to this! Don Eagle was my favorite wrestler and we lived for his flying drop kick! No doubt he suffered some real injuries over the years and his life ended early. Some say he shot himself~~what do you know about that? If so, he may have been ready to leave this place.

Thank you SO MUCH for posting this! I knew Don Eagle in 1963 - he visited our house a couple of times, and I went to a party at his home in Hull, Massachusetts with my brother. What a wild time! I loved seeing him dance in the ring- his house shook when he and his friends danced and sang, in feathers and bells. He was a nice, gentle man outside the ring, and it was sad when he died 3 years later. Thanks again- I never thought I'd see Don Eagle in action again.
