@iguanna41 (cont'd) we were so cliche but cliche was cool...the all-important entrance to the club and the dance floor...6" heels, $200 perfume a buzz from good rope and SUNGLASSES (!) But FEEL the dancing- feel it NOW. 4...5 hrs only breaking at the bar with a Black Russian. Its who we were and it will always be who we are.

@iguanna41 -You're not alone my friend. I'm 44 & this was our theme song for the weekend. I was stationed at ft.ord ca. from 1988-1992. Brah we would get off work (army) on friday evening get our rags ready (clothes) for these youngsters & head up to the bay area of cali. Man the clubs were jumping & so were the women. Real clubs,real music,real substance. Today in which i've been to a few spots are so damn weak. NO dress codes,thugs,goons, just typical 2000's society. give me back the 80's-90's
