Week 1 Gasrtic Bypass Update

My 1 week update letting you know how I am feeling and what I am eating and what I bought before surgery. My weight today is 342 which is 12 lbs down from surgery day on 8/12/09 and a total of 42 lbs.

Hi Gary - im gonna have the surgery here 21 sep. Thx for ya video im sure somehow it will help out - Im looking forward to this - becayuse my life had been whit complications for the last year after a Work accident - i have a slipped disc in my neck and can move so much around - im looking forward to follow ya further - By the way where ya from In The States - Im from Denmark

Gary - I've enjoyed your videos on your RNY progress. Nice to get a guy's POV on this. My surgery is tomorrow. Sick of the liquid diet; might be fine for aftersurgery, but sucks for it. Shooting for 100-120 pounds off. I'll continue to watch your vids.
