Jesus people - wake up and smell the world. Companies have a sense of heritage and pride in their heritage and some big-ass company such as Tata in India taking them over and moving them to a new country will not sit lightly with the company's executives, who will most likely leave along with the entire workforce in the UK. This will bankrupt the company causing Tata to loose millions, even billions in the process and I guarantee they will not like that. And just so you know, Lambo is NOT German

But seriously, some people really have to wake up in the morning and read the newspapers and PRs... Along with look in car magazines etc for editorials and inside scoops. As some people said, just because Nike has factories in China doesn't mean they are Chinese. The same goes to Saab, who was bought by a Dutch Company called Spyker (granted Spyker is moving production to their Dutch factory) and Volvo who was just bought by a Chinese company. Again, Volvo will NOT be moving production to China.

jesus you people have to get your facts together (granted some people DO, so it's good to hear some people know their stuff). ;) but those whoever thinks Jaguars will be built in India should get their shit together. Just because an Indian company is the owner does not mean that they will be built there now/soon etc. They are still a British company and their factories, yes factorIES, are in England (Castle Bromwich in Birmingham and Halewood in Liverpool, along with Browns Lane in Coventry) -->

LOL. You comment about me being a fool for arguing about the CTS-V, and here you are...being a fool. LMFA
For the record, I'd love to have this in that bright blue color, and a CTC-V manual in my drivway.

Jaguar have one main factory in England. Which is massive.
Production will not be done in India.

You're actually way off here. Jaguars were founded in England & are still made there, always were. Tata Motors from India is the parent company of Jaguar which means they help fund & oversee operations. Jaguar will never sell enough cars to be their own brand, they are too exclusive of a car. Same thing with all the exclusive cars of the world - Bentley, Rolls-Royce, Lamborghini etc. They all have parent companies. They still maintain the same technology & design they always had though.
