Paris by Scooter

A google maps street level tour of the Chaussee district of Paris, checking out the scooter action.
I found the part of the song that is the music for this video on the internet and captured it with my sound-card software. I wanted to find out who it was so I could buy it. I figured I would get some words from it to do a lyric search. I could pick out "west and east shore Seine". That had to be Paris. Then something that sounded like "Chaussee". That was a street. I went to google maps to try to find it so I could be able to spell it correctly. I kept zooming in until I was all of a sudden looking at the street scene. I noticed right away all the scooters because I recently had bought one. I started taking screen snips to figure out what kind people were riding. I showed them to a friend and got the idea to make a video from them.
Hopefully some one watching can tell me who it is. She sounds like Lisa Ekdahl but not sure. I think this is a euro-dance mix and it does not get a result from the search program that reads the play-back.
