Super Smash Bros. Brawl - Sep 8 08 C

These are a bunch of matches with Soren, as usual. It looks like multiple people are playing since there was a constant change of names. These were also four consecutive matches.

So, who shall I play as in my next Smash Bros. outing?

You can see how Bowser is one of his specialty characters--despite him being so huge, I could barely even touch him! He's constantly attacking, and I'm constantly caught in them. It's very hard to find and use an opening with the online lag.

Well, now it's my turn to be Bowser. I wonder if the reason I did better here than in the last match was because there are a lot fewer Bowser players online that I've seen than Luigi players.

Pit doesn't strike very hard. I think he focuses on wearing down the opponents with lots of damage, though he's not quite as extreme as Metaknight in this regard. Soren is a Sonic veteran, however, and I had a very hard time trying to keep up with him. He dodges most of what I do throgh running speed or taking off via an attack. I wonder if this is what makes Sonic effective. I also couldn't shoot him with those arrows while he's charging a Spin Dash, since they go right over Sonic.

so when you play against friends does it lag half as bad as when you do it with anyone?

@cosbyfish It really depends on whom you're battling against. Most people in Australia, for instance, will result in more lag than most other regions.

Omg all these people I see playing Brawl sucks. But you on the other hand you're very good at intimidating people with Bowser. lol You're not all that well with Luigi but hey you tried and with Pit damn man...you could've owned Sonic but from me watching it seemed like you were rushing your attacks and kinda nervous fighting him.You were attacking opposite ways when Sonic was behind you!

Lag, of course. I always have to anticipate, which I'm bad at.

I always give respect to whomever I play against in SSBB, no matter how inexperienced they are. It wasn't meant to be a competitive game; the point of the game is not to "not suck" as it is to "have fun," and as long as I feel people are having fun, it's compeltely fine with me.

Hackers who mess up the games in unpleasant ways and griefers who actively try to sap the fun away can go to hell, however.
