http://AvramGonzales.com/Tango Today in Buenos Aires it was absolutely pouring. We met with a number of people including a politician and university professor from Buenos Aires who brought interesting insight into why things are the way they are in Argentina from an economic, political, and social perspective. Although the country's constitution, Bill of Rights, and three branch government is almost exactly like that of the United States (and has been for almost a century) the manner in which the country has evolved has left it entirely different.

In this episode of InspirACTION I got to try my first Argentinian steak which was absolutely incredible! Topping off our amazing dinner we proceeded to head over to El Viejo Almacen -- one of the first tango theaters to develop in Argentina. They pride themselves in being the birthplace of the tango. See it for yourself, the tango dance is energetic, sexy, vibrant and perhaps a little dangerous for the men! (You'll see!) I was briefly introduced to the tango this year when I took my first professional ballroom dancing lessons back in January, but it was nothing compared to what we got to see at El Viejo Almacen.

Oh, and I almost forgot! We got to meet with the owners and financial operators from the Loi Suites family owned hotel chain in Buenos Aires. They showed us what their rooms looked like and shared their finances with the other groups in our class looking to help them with feasibility projects and expansions. We got to sneak a peak at Recoleta cemetery, a grouping of mausoleums about as old as the city of Buenos Aires itself. We're hoping later this week we'll get the chance to explore it because from what we could tell from above it is quite stunning.
