you're going to have to change the title. I'm a little old school, but as i remember a tomahawk must be done with two hands, prior to the actual shot. What makes the tomahawk a unique kind of dunk is that whilst holding the ball as player is in the air, the elbows must be fully contracted, the forearms are parallel to his spinal cord. If done with enough vigor, the ball will make significant contact with your traps. Then bring the ball back over your head and slam it while doing a ab crunch
