@derrenlegendbrown In my hand but it was ok i hate needles too, i got the surgery at the start of January and im getting back into football now its still feels a bit weak but im building the strength up

@derrenlegendbrown seriosuly you get a painless needle and then wake up a few hours later in NO pain, dont panik like i did:)
