italians shud learn from this and educate them about the respect of turban and what it means to a sikh ...stop asking them to remove it for some silly things ...like at airport and for license..

I've only heard of parmesan. The US has crap cheese, like American, god I hate American cheese. Only time it's good is when you can't taste it.

Hundreds of years ago when all human race were hunting and eating meat, one of the wise person looked around and found that some animals do eat meat and dont. So what category is he belongs to. Then he further obererved animals around and found the conclusion that those who eat meat, when they drink water with tongue, and those whoe at vegetables, do drink with lips, so then he thought how does he drink water, and he found that with lips, which means his body was made to be a vegetarian.

WRONG! im a biology student, its scientifically proven that meat consumption increases risk of hert diease and failure, (as well increasing risk of many other health problems) meat is requird for protien, but this protien can also be obtained from veggi sources (lentils,soya,etc...). eating meat is no longer required in homo sapeins, as we control plant growth (farming etc..) only early in hominid evolution did hominids need to eat meat (to surive seasonality) to give themselves an advantage.

Pay it forward...
I liked hearing how well everyone got along. Particularly the Italian who said he likes to hire members of the same family. My parents came to Canada in the 50s, and took the same types of jobs as the Sikhs are taking today in Italy. And the better employers took on family members, which helped a lot in the difficult transition to a new country. Great to hear the Italians doing the same!
