Yes, I finished it. My first full vidkin.. no cutting of the song at all. Very proud of that, despite it not being my very best work.. I still like it.
You were all very supportive by putting the other cancer video on your page or favoring it or even pressing the like button.. And the comments you guys left were very motivating. So I finished it. Thank you, you guys. I hope you realize just how much it means to me to know some of you, I wish I had the time to know all of you. I am honored to know brilliant editors as friends -- seeing them for what lies beyond their editing. It truly is a honor for me.
This video goes out to anybody who knows somebody that died of cancer -- or has any kind of relation to this horrible disease. It hurts me to read stories about how it took loved ones. In real life I always say "who cares? Everybody dies sometime or another and there are people who are celebrating their fucking birthday while your mom just died".. Despite there being an essence of truth in those words, it still hurts. The worst thing about this disease is -- there's nobody to blame. We humans need somebody to blame for death or loss, we want SOMEBODY to hate. It makes us feel better. But you can't. When a disease takes over; you can't. All you can say is "thank you, for ending his/her pain". I'd like everybody to realize when you're delaying the death, or when you're stretching out pain. Think about it.

But in special, this goes out to LittleSchleich. She is a dear friend of mine -- once lost, but now back again -- and I sent her my cancer video of before.. It sparked some thoughts and yeah, I'm not going to post her private life here. She told me that she watched my video pretty much every day when she was feeling a bit down, and she told me never to delete it because it was beautiful. So I took time out of my day to work on this for her. I really want her to feel better, but I also really want it to be something that has been made.. with her in thought. I wanted it to be for her to cheer her up, and when the world is tumbeling down, she would know that there's still one person who cares. Even if I'm all the way over here. She really is a lovely person to know, I strongly advise y'all to talk to her and what not.
There's a collab coming up soon, with me and LittleSchleich. Keep your eyes open for it! ;3

Yes ~ It isn't very exciting I guess, but I felt that it had to be a bit slow to match the mood of the video. And I'm glad people noticed the emotion put into this.. ;___; It's the first video I actually got really worked up about, because it's such a powerful song and some other stuff that I just.. won't put on the net. _O- Thank you very much for your kind words! =)

Thank you :U: I think I've done a few better videos, but all with all, I'm very happy with this. I think emotional songs are the best for me to work with.. I find effecty videos so hard. ;___;

i really like this vid of yours one of my friends died of cancer a few years ago and this song was played when they brought him in church.. i got goosebumps of hearing it again ... i really loved it
